Step 1
Go to Shopify Dashboard then click onlinestore then Navigation then open main menu

Add a menu item here i add CLothing
Step 3
Add Some menu items which will go under clothing
Step 4
Then drag the menu items and place under clothing one by one
Step 5
It will look like bellow image then click save
